How do I take care of my jewellery?
Our products are dyed in beautiful colors after being shaped and designed. These colors can fade if the they are exposed repeatedly to water or worn daily during household chores. To preserve their beauty, we recommend storing them in separate zip lock or cloth pouches, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Additionally, please wait 15 minutes after applying lotion or perfume before wearing your jewellery.
Shipping & Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a proper uncut unboxing video as proof. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement if applicable.
All orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
