To preserve their beauty, we recommend storing them in separate zip lock or cloth pouches, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Additionally, please wait 15 minutes after applying lotion or perfume before wearing your jewellery.
Shipping & Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a proper uncut unboxing video as proof. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement if applicable.
